• Q: Are your disks compatible with latest computers now in future?
  The disks are compatible with PC and Mac computers. They contain no programs for you to install, just JPG photos, therefore compatibility with future computers is not an issue. You can use any program you like now or in the future to view the photos. For products on computer DVD, you do have to have a DVD drive (not just a CD drive) in your computer to use them.
• Q: What kind of lighting do you use?

• Q: What is your return policy?
  Just like when you buy a computer program, which is usually non-refundable, our electronic products are not returnable. The reason for this is we have found that there are a few people who would purchase all the electronic products, make illegal copies, and then return the originals for a refund. Because of those few people, we have had to adjust our policies. Print books are completely returnable (less shipping) for up to one year from the purchase date.
